Yona Realty was built on a straightforward idea: residents deserve a management company that actually cares about the homes they live in.
Today we are a Philadelphia based residential property management company and the management arm of Yona Construction, with a growing portfolio of rental homes across Northeast Philly, North Philly, and the Germantown corridor.
This vertical integration is what sets us apart. Because we build and manage under one roof, we know every property from the ground up: how it was designed, what's behind the walls, and how to keep it running properly and efficiently for the long term.
After years of building residential properties across Philadelphia, it became clear that the best way to protect the quality of what we build was to manage it ourselves. Yona Realty was created to do exactly that, with a focus on well maintained properties, responsive service, and stable, long term tenancies.

And it means inspecting and improving each property continuously, not only when a unit turns over.
